Wendy and I really appreciate your help in getting us this loan. Until we talked to you we thought we would never be able to get a home loan after talking to people we know that have recently got a loan.
 
I know awhile back you said we could send the proof of the judgment being taken care of, in to the credit bureaus and get that taken off, what is the process of doing that, there is a couple things on there that shouldn't be.  I think that alone might help our credit score in the future.
